North America

As part of our Social Responsibility, Crocs continues to encourage its employees to actively participate in and support their local community events and organizations. We also are dedicated to support people affected by natural disasters and those in need of help all around North America. We have reached out to people affected by Hurricane Katrina, the floods in Iowa, and the fires in LA. We will strive to reach out to those who need help throughout our country including in our own backyard.

Crocs employees partnered with Flatirons Habitat for Humanity for a build day in Lafayette, Colorado. 14 volunteers teamed up to frame the second story of a four unit Platinum LEEDS certified complex, which will provide affordable housing to hardworking and deserving families.

Crocs Donates to Joplin, MO Tornado Victims (July 28th, 2011)

After raising $30,000 through consumer donations at retail locations, Crocs, inc. donated 5,000 pairs of shoes along with one truckload of food to the victims of the Joplin tornado in partnership with Feed the Children. Local organization Operation Compassion also helped to distribute the food and shoes to Joplin families.

Boulder Store Anniversary & Community Clean Up (June 28th, 2011)

Crocs employees celebrated the 1 year anniversary of the flagship retail store on Pearl Street in Boulder, CO with a community clean up day. Employees weeded, raked, and picked up trash in order to give back to the local community.
